We look forward to getting to know you and your family this year!  The Admissions team is excited to host a variety of events for families to get to know our community. We have planned the safest and best ways for you to get to know Galloway in depth during this admissions season. Our goal is to provide different opportunities to learn about our rich programs, student life, curriculum, community, and more.

Please visit Ravenna and “explore” The Galloway School to register for any event. Our calendar includes a combination of opportunities for you to visit our campus in person as well as virtual events.

Admissions Events

Campus Tour 
October through January 
A great way to experience Galloway is to visit our campus. We host small group tours nearly every week. Students exploring 5th grade and above are encouraged to attend. Registration is required in Ravenna on the School Directory page under Galloway's Upcoming Events tab. 

Community Connections

These evening events will be informal sessions with current members of our community from all levels of the school. They will offer an opportunity to mingle with current parents, faculty, and staff. Registration is required in Ravenna. 

Upper Learning Play 
Friday, November 10, 2023 
The entire family is invited to join us for a play based on the cult classic film and popular board game Clue and solve the whodunnit with us! Enjoy an informal post-show meet & greet with the cast and our fine arts faculty. Tickets are limited. Registration is required in Ravenna.

Discover Galloway

1:00 - 3:00 pm
Discover Galloway is our open house event. This event is for the whole family! You will be able to meet our teachers, interact with our faculty, and experience interactive classroom lessons. Registration is required in Ravenna.

Middle Learning Musical 
Friday, December 8, 2023 
The entire family is invited to join us for a musical performance of High School Musical Jr. by our talented Middle Learning students! Enjoy an evening of singing, dancing, and an informal post-show meet & greet with the cast and our fine arts faculty. Scots Spirit Night
Friday, January 12, 2024
All ages are welcome to cheer for our varsity basketball teams, meet our athletic directors, and be a Scot for an evening! The girls game begins at 6:00 pm, and the boys game begins at 7:30 pm. Join us for one or both games.

Curriculum Curators
Wednesday, January 31, 2024
The Curriculum Curators session shares a deep dive into our research based academic program. Our Assistant Head of School will provide an overview of the intentionality of our program from our youngest to our older learners. Groups will then divide by level to join administrators and teachers for a presentation demonstrating Galloway's cross-curricula and interdisciplinary studies. The evening will conclude with a Q&A.

Families of Color Coffee & Conversation
Friday, January 19, 2024
Grab a cup of coffee and join us for a conversation hosted by Head of School Dr. James Calleroz White to learn more about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Galloway. A panel of administrators, parents, and students will share their experiences. We will end with a Q and A session. Registration is required in Ravenna.
